這是一場為書院宿生特別設計的烘焙活動，讓我們在忙碌的學業中找到放鬆和歡樂。在這個工作坊裡，您將學習製作近期人氣極高的杜拜風巧克力軟曲奇。無論您是烘焙新手還是有經驗，都可以參加。我們將一步步教您從準備材料、揉麵、包入開心果醬內餡到烘烤的全過程。這不僅是學習烘焙技能的機會，更是增進書院宿生感情的時刻。每個人都能帶走自己親手製作的美味軟曲奇，和朋友們一起分享。如有興趣，歡迎報名參加。期待與您一起烘焙、一起笑，一起創造溫暖的書院時光！

有興趣宿生可以填妥以上報名表格，如報名人數超出名額上限，書院將以抽籤形式選取成功報名之申請者。成功報名的宿生會於10月26日或之前收到電郵通知。每位參與者將獲得5 RC Points。

We cordially invite you to our “Dubai Chocolate Soft Cookie Workshop”!
 
This is a special baking activity designed for our residential college community, bringing relaxation and joy amid busy academic life. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to make the trending viral Dubai‑style chocolate soft cookies. Whether you’re a baking beginner or have some experience, everyone is welcome. We’ll guide you through every step‑ from preparing ingredients, kneading dough, filling with pistachio paste to baking. This is not just an opportunity to learn baking skills, but also a chance to strengthen our residential college bonds and create wonderful memories together. Each participant will take home their own freshly baked soft cookies to share with friends. If interested, please sign up.
